Specialising in the professional management of residential, commercial and industrial Owners Corporations, we are committed to providing our clients with industry leading service and expertise at the best value in town.

With over 45 franchises spanning across Victoria, there's an MBCM franchise office conveniently located and operating in your area. This means you deal personally with the local Owner/Manager looking after your property. Each office has an established network of tradespeople and contractors all operating locally enabling prompt attention to all repairs and maintenance.

MBCM is the only brand in Strata Management that thinks globally and acts locally. The marriage between the best systems and imparting these at a local community level, through motivated and passionate franchise owners, is truly unique. It's this unique quality that ensures we develop and maintain strong relationships with each of our Owners Corporations and the reason for our enduring success since 1987.

Steve Duggan
CEO
Steve is a respected and recognised business leader with more than 25 years of senior management experience across a wide range of industries. He is experienced in general management, marketing, operations and franchising across a range of industry sectors.

Steve holds a Masters Business Administration (Distinction), Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice and has held a number of Board positions.

Steve is passionate about helping franchise networks achieve their full potential, through strategic brand development, effective relationship buildings and developing best practice business solutions.



ELEANOR MARGARET FOSTER
Franchise Operations Manager
Company Secretary


With an extensive background in office and logistics management and a degree in Psychology, Elly Foster came to MBCM in 1992 as the first ever franchisee. After running this successful business for eleven years, she has since provided her knowledge and experience to other franchisees until taking on the position of General Manager for the company between 2011 - 2014. She is currently Franchise Operations Manager and Company Secretary. Elly has served on the Institute of Body Corporate Managers (now SCA (Vic)) and has had a number of articles relating to Owners Corporation management published in the Saturday Herald Sun. Elly was a company director for MBCM from 2006-2011.



CRAIG HILL
Director


Craig's experience spans over two decades of successful multi-site, bricks and mortar retail management, as well as distribution and e-commerce operations.

Craig currently operates a highly successful MBCM franchise which has achieved outstanding year on year growth in an extremely competitive market.

Craig is fervent about the expansion of the MBCM brand through considered strategic planning and empowering those who wish to share in our success, now and in the future.



GEOFFREY ROBERT MILLER
Director


Geoff became an MBCM franchisee in 2001 following a long career at General Motors Holden and Isuzu General Motors. The role at Isuzu General Motors was a senior management leadership position and included responsibility for ongoing customer service and satisfaction with Isuzu vehicles.

This experience has been effectively applied to firstly managing the MBCM Doncaster portfolio of owners corporations for 6 years and then as MBCM General Manager from 2009 until 2011.

With this wealth of management and owners corporation experience Geoff enthusiastically accepted nomination to join the MBCM Board in order to contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.



PETER SCOTT
Director


Peter has been a Franchisee of MBCM since 2003, building a very strong & successful portfolio of properties. He has been a Director of MBCM P/L since 1 July 2010.

Peter was elected to the peak governing body, SCA (Vic) as a Council Member in 2005 & has served as President from 2012 until early 2015.

Peter is passionate in raising the professionalism & service standards of the company & industry as a whole to benefit all stakeholders. Bachelor of Education - Psychology - Film / TV



ANTON SILOVE
Director & Chairman


Anton has over 20 years of experience in organisational management and leadership with multinational corporations. He has demonstrated repeated success in delivering outstanding business performance in a range of industries. Anton has five years of experience of running franchise businesses with outstanding success and is a multiple award winner.

Anton has a Degree with Honours in Chemical Engineer and has received a high level of formal training in various aspects of sales, marketing, business management and leadership.

Anton is committed to supporting people in achieving high levels of success. Driving incredible levels of business performance to enable this is one of Anton's passions.
